Choose how much we run

Data feed

Orders in, Released Results and changes out, by API and signed webhooks. You show them in your own app.

Feed plus care-team tools

The same feed, plus Arc Watch, the portal for care teams: a worklist, member timelines, change detail and Arc Assist, the assistant inside Arc Watch. A branded read-only view can sit inside your member app.

Pilot

How a pilot runs

    Agree the set-up

    Panels, sample collection and shipping, and the results format you need.

  2. 2

    Run a plate

    Samples are batched on a plate with bridging checks and run in the partner laboratory, which issues every result.

  3. 3

    Release and review

    The laboratory director releases results. Your feed and your care team's worklist update.

Terms are set in a written agreement. We do not pay referral fees, commissions or a share of revenue.
